We will generally process and ship your order within 24 hours. Shipping times are 3-7 business days.
For all purchases: please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if the product is defective within 14 days and we will replace the item for you.
We will require a photo to show the damages.
Unfortunately we will not be able to accept exchanges. If the candle is in perfect condition and you want to return it because you don't like it, then we will charge a $10 shipping fee.
If the product is damaged or defective with picture evidence, we will happily send a replacement candle for free.
We will print out a return label for you and send it through the way you contacted us (email@example.com)
