After you attach your label art, we will print out a label and send you the proof within a few days for you to approve so that we make sure you like it.

If you don't like it, simply reply to the same email with the new label art and we can repeat the process until you are satisfied.

We do scroll up and click "Scent Chart" and a big chart will pop up for you to look at. You can also access it here:

Candle Scent Chart

45-50 hours for 8 oz., 60-65 hours for 13 oz.

The minimum order is 15 total units for the entire order, and 5 units per Scent + Vessel combination.

After you attach your label art, we will print out a label and send you the proof within 1-3 days for you to approve so that we make sure you like it.

After you approve it, it will move onto production and it will take roughly 2-3 weeks to produce. Shipping can take 3-5 days after production.

From the day you place an order to the day you receive your product, please expect 3-4 weeks.

There are many options for shipping and the rate is calculated at check out.

Yes! Individual samples will be available for purchase in the end of February. We are still working on our samples listing and will launch the entire portfolio soon!

Because of the custom nature of Private Label orders, we do not accept returns.

If any product is damaged, you must let us know within 14 days with pictures. Please send the pictures to support@declutterd.com.

After the refund is processed, we will partial refund you for the damages.
