Sampling:

You can order any scent samples for $3 each. You may ask to have the sample order cost (max 1 per variant) refunded when you order a private label order.

Process:

2. Pick a Scent
3. Put in the order
4. Design your label artwork. (Use our free templates if needed. See Label Design section for the template links.)
5. Email us support@declutterd.com your label art file with .PNG file to ensure best printing quality.
6. That's it! We'll take it from there. Review below for the waiting process.

Timeline:

After you put in the order, please email us your labels for each scent. Within 2-4 days, we will email you the proof so that you can approve it.

After you approve it, it will move onto production and it will take roughly 2-3 weeks to produce. Shipping can take 3-5 days after production.

From the day you place an order to the day you receive your product, please expect roughly 3-4 weeks, depending on the amount of candles ordered. Please inquire about specific lead times based on order specifications.

After putting in the order, email support@yourcompany.com with your order number and your label artwork. We will work on your order while you work on the label!

You are in charge of finalizing your label design after you order. If you just need basic editing from using label templates, we are more than happy to help. Just email us through the order confirmation email and let us know!

You cannot say "Made in.." anything other than "Made in Dallas" (since that's where the candles are made), but you can say "Designed in X City/Country" because designing only refers to the style and not the production origin.
We use natural coconut soy wax, so feel free to mention that.

After putting in the order, email support@yourcompany.com with your order number and your label artwork. We will work on your order while you work on the label!

Label Specification / Recommendations:

You cannot say "Made in.." anything other than "Made in Dallas" (since that's where the candles are made), but you can say "Designed in X City/Country" because designing only refers to the style and not the production origin.
We use natural coconut soy wax, so feel free to mention that.

After you attach your label art, we will print out a label and send you the proof within 1-3 days for you to approve so that we make sure you like it.

After you approve it, it will move onto production and it will take roughly 2-3 weeks to produce. Shipping can take 3-5 days after production.

From the day you place an order to the day you receive your product, please expect 3-4 weeks depending on the quantity.

There are many options for shipping and the rate is calculated at check out.

Because of the custom nature of Private Label orders, we do not accept returns.

If any product is damaged, you must let us know within 14 days with pictures. Please send the pictures to support@declutterd.com.

After the refund is processed, we will partial refund you for the damages.
